Soya Aloo Curry

Palak ka Saag

Soya Aloo Curry

It's a low calorie recipe comprising of soya and aloo.
Soya Aloo Curry Recipe is a low calorie and a must for those who yearn for health and foods.

Ingredients -
50 gm soya boiled
200 gm indian baby gourd
200 gm potatoes
2 tomatoes
2 onions
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 green chillies
Some ginger paste
2 tsp coriander powder
Few coriander leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cups water
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Preparation -
Heat the oil.
Add the onions and saute till golden
Add tomatoesand saute till soft

Now add green chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and frey for some more minutes
add a bit of water and grind in blender.

Bring it back to frypan add a little water and cook

Add potatoes and indian baby gourd.
Add salt, garam masala, coriander leaves.
cook for 10-15 minutes

Add the soya
Add water if required
Garnish with coriander leaves.

cook for another 5-10 mins

Palak ka Saag 



  • 500 gm spinach leaves

    50 ml ghee/butter

    5 gm cumin seeds

    10 gm chopped garlic

    50 gm chopped onions

    25 gm ginger garlic paste

    5 gm turmeric

    20 gm chopped tomatoes

    5 gm green chillies

    5 gm coriander powder

    3 gm garam masala

    2 gm chilli powder

    20 ml cream



Blanch the spinach leaves and puree them.

Heat the butter and add the cumin seeds, when they crackle add the chopped garlic, sauté until golden.

Add the rest of the ingredients in order, stirring regularly.

Cook the spinach till the raw taste disappears.

Add the cream, leaving a little for the garnish.
